Can I return my Prototype Racket?

We accept returns of Prototype Sticks within 14 days, provided they include all original tags and packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items are returned in violation of our policy.

My Prototype Racket has become faulty. What can I do?

Unfortunately, as it reads in the disclaimer, we do not guarantee against Prototype Rackets issues as we are consistently trying to innovate and push the boundaries. You purchase these goods with the knowledge that: “There is always a risk involved due to this being the first production of new racket developments. To offset this risk, we offer these rackets at the cheapest price on the market.”
