What delivery options are available in the UK?
We offer UK Next Day Delivery, UK Express Delivery and UK Standard Delivery.
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same working day, otherwise your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Non-UK orders are usually delivered within 7 working days, but can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Please note: during certain events, these can and will vary. Please allow extra time before contacting us during peak times.
When will you get more stock?
We expect stock consistently through the months of July to December. Make sure to keep an eye out on our socials for when the restock is coming!
Sign up for a notification on arrival of stock using our 'Notify me when available' button on product pages to be the first to get a chance to cop them when they land - remember, stock is limited!
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can deliver worldwide.

For Rest of World deliveries, we recommend taking a look at our stockists near you (see below), and if there isn't one near you then get in touch at customerservices@y1sport.com for a delivery quote, if one doesn't automatically show at checkout.

Can you make custom clothing for my club?
Yes, we can! Custom sports kit is a big part of our business and we produce a full range of clothing from performance sportswear to casual off pitch apparel.

Do you offer sponsorships?

What days are classed as working days for my order?
Our partners will be closed on national holidays and between Christmas and New Year. Therefore an example of the working day calculation will look as follows with regards to lead times for your order:
Day 1 - 23rd December
Day 2 - 3rd January
Day 3 - 4th January

How do we create designs?
A: After completing our Y1 Custom Enquiry one of our account managers will contact you with some bespoke designs. From then you will go through a design process where you will go through as many iterations as it takes for you to get the perfect product!
Does the 15 minimum order apply to one item/design only?
A: Yes, it's for one specific item and design. Options to meet it include combining team orders or mixing embroidered and non-embroidered fleeces of the same design.
Can I get my delivery quicker than the 6-8 lead delivery time?
A: We understand the urgency, but our process sends orders to the factory after payment, which initiates the standard 6-8 week lead time. However, if you need a faster option, our ENVO2.1 range offers a shorter 3-week lead time. These items are also customisable with your logo and text, allowing for some personalisation. We also offer a range of less bespoke short-lead time products which can be created on a 2-week turnaround.
Are there discounts for >100 or >200 fleeces?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for larger orders. Better deals await for orders exceeding 200 fleeces.
Can I get an estimated delivery date during production?
A: We'd love to provide exact dates, but our production process is quite intricate, involving fabric sourcing, cutting, and embroidery. Delivery times are also subject to international couriers. You will receive bi-weekly updates from us so you can always see what stage of production your order is at! While 95% of orders fall within the 6-8 week timeline, some may take longer due to unique requirements. Once dispatched from the factory, the average UK delivery time is 10 working days. We use tracked next-day delivery within the UK for visibility on delivery dates.
Can I request a custom sample before ordering?
A: We don't offer custom samples, but we have sizing references. Consider borrowing from university clubs for sizing.
Can I add someone to the order after payment?
A: Once paid, we can't add items. Suggest they order with the next batch or when newcomers arrive.
Can I have multiple logos or extra text?
A: Absolutely! You can enhance your items with additional logos or text, and the cost is only £3 per item/text. This flexibility enables you to create a customised order that reflects your unique preferences and branding needs. Feel free to get creative!
Do you charge for Delivery?
A: No! A bulk delivery charge is included in our pricing.
Is VAT included in pricing?
A: Yes! Any price you get quoted from us will include VAT.
What happens if there is an issue with my order?
A: If there has been an error in production, please reach out to nct-operations@y1sport.com within 14 days of receiving the product to report an issue. Our team will carefully review any concerns and take appropriate action. Please keep in mind that you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to bring any problems to our attention.
