Where is my order?
As soon as your order gets dispatched you will receive tracking information for your order.Please note Teamwear orders can take up to 10 working days before getting dispatched.
My tracking number hasn't updated
Tracking can sometimes take a little time to update (especially in busy periods). If it’s been less than 24 hours since you received your tracking details, please allow a bit more time. If there’s still no update after 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
My tracking number isn't recognised
Your tracking number will update as soon as the delivery company collects your parcel, please note this can take a couple of hours to update. If your tracking doesn’t update after 24hrs from receiving tracking please get in touch.
Delivery rules and restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK.
- Delivery time varies depending on the type of products purchased, your address and method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
- You will receive notifications of any difficulties encountered with processing your order, or any cancellations within your order as soon as is reasonably possible following identification of any issues.
- Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered.

Teamwear
Please note: Teamwear orders are fulfilled separately from hockey equipment and apparel, so they may arrive in different packages and have different delivery rates.

International Delivery
We use DHL Express Worldwide shipping, hence shipping rates vary from country to country.
International deliveries require 1-2 extra working days for dispatch. Keep track of your parcel using the tracking number sent with the dispatch email notification.
We offer a reduced rate shipping fee for orders over £119.99.
At checkout, if you cannot see your country's option then please get in touch with us and we will quote what we can offer.
