Teamwear FAQs

Please allow up to 10 working days for teamwear orders to be dispatched, as all items are custom printed or embroidered to order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking will update once the courier has scanned your parcel at their depot. Please note this can take a few hours after you receive your tracking email. If your tracking has still not updated after 24 hours, please contact us here

Please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but as teamwear items are customised to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.
