Returns - Teamwear
Orders placed between November 17th and December 24th can be returned up to January 14th. For all other orders, you have 14 days to initiate a return and 30 days for the item to reach us.
Goods being returned must be in brand new condition, with all original packaging and labelling. We reserve the right to refuse to refund for products outside these parameters.
We do not offer exchanges, if you need a replacement then you will need to place a new order for the item you have returned.
All teamwear has a 30-day guarantee through normal use.
Personalised/Customised items such as playing shirts and items with initials are NOT eligible for refunds. It is the customer's liability should they input the wrong squad number/initials with their order and Y1 is not held liable for this.
Create A Return:
1. To start your return, go to our RETURNS PORTAL - you must use the same email used for the order, to make the return.
2. Select the items you want to return, giving a reason for each.
3. Choose your courier and return option.
4. Every option available has the option for paper-less returns (QR code) or printed labels. These can then be dropped off out any of the drop-off locations available on the portal.
5. If printed, attach your labels to your parcels clearly, and then take your return to the chosen drop-off location.
Any charges will be clearly detailed on the returns portal and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges on teamwear items. Please create a new order through the website to receive the good(s) that you desire.
Please note: Once a teamwear order is placed, we are unable to cancel, edit or amend the order. You must return the goods you receive (if uncustomised) to receive a refund. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on personalised/customised items (such as playing shirts or products with your initials on).
Returns are only applicable for orders made through www.y1sport.com and not for any purchases through our retailer partners. If you have experienced an issue with any goods from a retailer, then please contact their customer service team.
